It is not too late to sign up for Scouting for Food. We need volunteers to distribute these hang tags to their assigned neighborhood the weekend of 11/4 (or sometime before 11/7) and then drive back through those neighborhoods the morning of 11/11. Once you collect the donations, please get them to the American Legion no later than noon. If you finish early and want additional volunteer hours, we can use your help sorting food, weighing boxes and loading the truck at the Legion AND unloading the truck at HVCC after 1. This is not only a wonderful community service event, it also directly advertises Troop 20/20 to every house we can reach. More volunteers equals more outreach.
