THANK YOU, to our very supportive community! We have settled into a regular schedule now, and have many Regular Customers!

There are currently 3 Options to deposit your collection of Returnables:

• Option 1 (Preferred) – Drop-off; your returnables at the Rockville Elks Lodge 1359, Carriage House Basement Garage (all the way down around the back) Collection & Sorting Operations on Saturday between 9:00 AM and noon.
• Option 2 (by request) – Pick-up; Send an email to t2020ct@gmail.com with your local residential address; put your collection of returnables outside by 9:00 AM, and they will be picked up Saturday before Noon.
• Option 3 (scheduled) – Bulk, Towns other than Vernon / Ellington, other special circumstances; Send an email to t2020ct@gmail.com with your address & any other contact information in order to have a pick-up scheduled outside of our set day.

Black Rock Permission Slip (2/18-2/20)

The permission slip is available for the Black Rock trip (Saturday 2/18 – Monday 2/20). Permission slips and payments are due at the troop meeting on Thursday 2/9.

Committee Meeting – Tuesday 1/24 @ 7:30 PM

There is a committee meeting at Bill Magnotta’s house (53 Marjorie Lane in Vernon) on Tuesday, January 24th at 7:30 PM.

Update For Thursday 1/26

There will not be a troop meeting at the Elks on Thursday 1/26. Instead the scouts will have a table at the 8th grade orientation being held at Rockville High School from 6-8pm. Please arrive by 5:45pm.

Otis Ridge Canceled

The Otis Ridge ski trip is canceled because we were not able to get the required adult volunteers.

Adults Needed For Otis Ridge

There are currently 9 scouts signed up for the Otis Ridge trip. Unfortunately there is only 1 adult signed up. We need 2 more adults to sign up to attend (same cost as scouts) and transport scouts. Youth protection training will also need to be completed prior to the trip. Please contact Steve Westerberg by 8pm tonight at 860-872-2813 if you are able to go. If we are not able to get the required adult volunteers and all outstanding payments by 8pm tonight then the trip will be canceled.
