Fundraising Ideas Needed
Fundraising Ideas Needed: Some ideas that were discussed at the last committee meeting were: recycling cans and bottles during UCONN football games, recycling cans and bottles from local businesses and rest stops. We’re looking for input on those ideas and for other ideas. We’d prefer to not sell something since that competes with other activities and school because many of them sell the same things. Good Afternoon Troop 20/20 Families!
We can see the light at the end of the tunnel for Spring Phone Books 2018. Please read:
- The warehouse construction has picked up pace and is literally building around us; we need to be done this weekend
- All remaining routes having less than 1,000 books
- The warehouse will be open tonight from 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Thursday from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM and starting at 8:00 AM on Saturday. On Saturday, we will evaluate the need to open the warehouse on Sunday. ALL BOOKS MUST BE PICKED UP NO LATER THAN SUNDAY.
- If you have not picked up your route(s), please pick them up on Wednesday or Thursday evening at the warehouse (83 Gerber Road, South Windsor).
