Salmon River Drivers

Thanks to all who have volunteered to drive.  Below are directions and drivers. 

Friday Drivers :
Meet at the Elks at 5:15 for 5:30 departure.
Address: Gulf Road, East Hampton. Look for the parking lot at the state park. 

Sunday Drivers:
Pick up at the parking lot on Gulf Road in East Hampton @ 10AM.  If there are any issues finding the right spot,  you can contact Glenn Neault at 860.216.7925

Summer Camp payment & forms

Payment in full is due by May 5th.
Please see Gabi LaBrecque to make your payment. (Colton’s mom)

If you’d like to pay by credit card please email t2020ct@gmail.com with the amount of your balance owed and you will receive a payment request from PayPal to complete that payment.

Payments received after May 5th will have a $25 fee added to your balance due.

Medical Forms are due on or before our Court of Honor on June 12th. Please be sure to complete the ENTIRE packet. Forms are posted on our website Summer Camp page.

Urgent Salmon River Request

A couple of our traditional veteran leaders are unable to attend this weekend’s  campout.  We are looking for a couple parent volunteers who are willing & able to attend this weekend. Please let me know.  More info to come at tonight’s meeting.

2 Routes and a request for information

Good Morning,

We have two routes that are in need of a home. One is mostly the inside of the mall while the other is Vernon Rockville with less that 500 books.

Please let me know if you can help out and take in a route.

Phone Book Check-in

Good Evening,

I hope everyone that had the week off from school had a great week.

Please note:

• Virtually all of the remaining bagged books have been put outside of the warehouse.
• All completed routes and GPS trackers should be turned in on Thursday.
• As mentioned during the bagging, all routes need to be completed by the 24th.  If they are not completed before this week’s meeting, lists should be dropped at my house – 18 Kibbe Road, Ellington.  We will have a plastic box to place them in if we are not home.

Salmon River Driver update

A couple folks can only drive on Friday and we had one driver need to cancel at the last minute so we still need volunteers to get some of the boys home on Sunday.  PLEASE let me know ASAP if you can drive.

URGENT REQUEST for Salmon River drivers

We have 25 boys signed up for the Salmon River Camp out and confirmed divers for 20 boys.  If you have not driven for one of our camp outs yet, please let me know!  If we don’t have enough drivers our only option my be to start turning kids away from this trip.  You don’t have to stay for the weekend.  If you’re only able to drive one way that could help too!
