Sweetwater (5/17-5/19) Permission Slip

The permission slip is available for the Sweetwater bike trip (Friday 5/17 – Sunday 5/19). Permission slips and payment are due at the 5/9 troop meeting. Note: We are in need of a driver with a truck for this trip.

There is a committee meeting and a scout leaders meeting at Bill Magnotta’s house (53 Marjorie Lane) on Tuesday 4/30 at 7:30 PM.

Summer camp payments are due by 5/2! Gabi will be at the troop meeting this week to collect money.

Whelan Property Return Update

They are leaving the Whelan property. The troop will be back to the Elks around 11:15 AM.

Whelan Property Update

Due to the forecast of heavy rain Friday evening, we will be leaving on Saturday morning at 7:45 AM instead. Please be at the Elks by 7:30 AM. Also, any scouts who are now available to come can sign up as patrols can shop for food Friday evening.

Summer Camp Balance

Hello,

Summer camp payments are due by 5/2! I will be at the next 2 scout meetings to collect money.

For those who paid the $50 deposit, the balance is $400. Some families have been making payments and if you have a question about the balance, text me or speak with me at the meeting.

For new boy scouts that may have joined after the deposits were due…the price is still $450 as a new scout. For families that have applied for campership…Come speak with me at our scout meeting regarding your balance.

I am starting to collect medical forms as well…any questions, let me know.

Reminder: Whelan Property (4/26-4/28) Permission Slip

Reminder: The permission slip is available for the Whelan Property trip (Friday 4/26 – Sunday 4/28). Permission slips and payment are due at the 4/11 troop meeting. It is very important to have the permission slips filled out by this week’s meeting so that the scouts can start planning their menus because there isn’t a meeting next week (4/18) due to Vernon school vacation. This will also give the scouts more time to shop for the food so they don’t have to do that after the troop meeting on 4/25.
