Mr. Nevelos will be starting an Eagle required cooking merit badge class at his house (54 Hillcrest Drive in Vernon) on Sunday 2/9 @ 3:00 PM for interested scouts. We will be going over health and safety, cooking basics, and nutrition. For homework after this class, scouts will be expected to plan and cook multiple nutritious meals at home. Future meetings will be focused on camp cooking, trail and backpacking meals, and food-related careers.
