Greetings fellow scouts and scout leaders! It would be incredibly helpful to the community if everyone who is available could come support Sam Yencho’s eagle scout project. On October 5, 2019 at 9:30 AM (rain date October 6, 2019), Sam Yencho’s eagle project will take place at the Vernon Teen Center (YMCA preschool) at 375 Hartford Turnpike, Vernon at the playground in the back of the building (the one against the back of the building). Please come and support this eagle project, and by extension, the community at large. The more people that come, the better, so bring any friends that you can as well! Moreover, if you have any used playground toys that you do not use anymore, feel free to bring them to the eagle project and we can donate it to the YMCA where preschoolers can make good use of them.
