As some of you are aware, there was an issue with the online permission slip for the Black Rock campout last week. If you filled out the online form, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:
If you did not receive a confirmation email
AND you did not turn in a printed copy OR fill out a paper form at 2/4 Troop Meeting,
PLEASE FILL OUT OUR NEW FORM using the link here: http://goo.gl/forms/tAebNICIhZ
This is critical in order for us to have an accurate head count for the campout & food shoppers.
Once you submit the form you will
1) Be taken to a Thank You page
2) Receive an email confirmation of your submission, containing a PDF copy of your completed form.
