Phone Book Wrap Up

We only have 18 routes left out of 92.  This would be a great week to finish off phone book routes if you have time over the break.  Call Bill Buller for routes, phonebooks and door hangers or with any questions. 

Completed route sheets can be dropped off at Bill’s house, 7 Crown Street in Vernon.   All sheets must be returned by April 23rd Thanks!

Reminders for tonight’s meeting

Permission slips for our April campout to Salmon River are due tonight.  I have not had a chance to get them online but they will be available at tonight’s meeting.   It is important to make sure you fill one out tonight since we have no meeting next week with school vacation. 

Backpack inspection will be held tonight!!  All scouts should bring their PACKED backpack for inspection tonight.  Guidelines for packing can be downloaded from our website.  Look under the calender menu for ”What to pack for campouts”.

Warehouse open for phone books tomorrow

Bill Buller will be at the warehouse tomorrow morning at 8:30am for anyone who wants to pick up books. 

Lunch today for phone book deliverers

Lunch will be provided at the warehouse today at 12:30 for those out doing deliveries.  Thank Mike P. If you see him! 

Important door hanger reminder!!!

For any ‘Do Not Deliver’ addresses on your route list, door hangers MUST be left.  The phone company WILL check our routes and we will NOT get paid for these if they are not left on the doors.  We DO get paid for them, just like the books as long as the hangers are delivered!!

Phone Books continue Friday

We made good progress tonight but have a lot more bagging to do to get ready for deliveries.  The warehouse will open tomorrow at 5:00.  100% participation is necessary for this event to be successful.  Bring your friends, family, neighbors…who wouldn’t want to come help?!

Spring Phone Book Event Begins!

Routes and books are in!  We will be meeting at 101 Industrial Park Road in Vernon 3/26 beginning at 5:30 to start bagging.    Lunch will be provided by the Troop on Saturday.
Please consider bringing a snack to help keep energy levels up during bagging & delivery.
