Read moreRopes Course / Zip Line Trip for June – requesting feedback
A couple years ago we went to the Adventure Park in Bridgeport CT and I’m looking into another trip for this June. We only need 10 people to qualify for a group rate. Please reply if your Scout would be interested and a count if you think parents/siblings would join (at the same group rate). Last year we asked for a couple extra dollars from each and had enough for pizza delivery for lunch and a professional group photo at the Park.
Please note: This is not a commitment, I’m just trying to gauge interest level right now. Here’s their website for more info. http://www.discoveryadventurepark.org
There are a couple similar places closer to Vernon, but having been to them all, the one in Bridgeport is the largest with most courses and levels available and would be more suited f or a large group. So let me know if you’re interested! Thanks!
Regular pricing
Age 12 & older: $49
Ages 10–11: $44
Ages 7–9: $39
Group Rate: $39 for 10 people with greater discounts for > 25 and a possible additional discounts for early booking.
Important Black Rock Updates
Departure on Saturday will be at 8:00AM and not 10:00 as stated on the permission slip.
Also… boys should bring spending money. The trip to West Point will include a stop at the gift shop, and there will be a lunch stop at McDonald’s on the way home Monday. (Approx $20 is recommended according to my son 🙂 )
