Please meet at Northeast School on Monday, May 29th between 9:20am – 9:30am.

Please where class “A” uniform and bring water bottle.

Parents please pick up scouts at the Rockville Central Park green where the parade will conclude.

Sweetwater Camp Out May 12th

Good Evening,

The Sweetwater Biking camp out is coming up quickly (May 12th).  Please complete the permission slip here.  We would like to have all permission slips completed by May 8th with payment no later than the 11th.

If you are a parent and are thinking of attending please let us know.  We are looking for additional adults on the trip.

We need to get all permission slips completed on-line by the 8th to allow the troop to shop for food.

How to Access the Summer Camp Medical Forms – SUMMER CAMP: the balance for summer camp is due by MAY 4th! 

When looking at the Google Calendar on the Troop sight click on the Summer Camp notification for May 4th, Click “more details” and the CRC Health Form is there as a PDF.

FYI – I believe I embedded link in the CRC Health Form in the previous sentence that may also take you to the form.

The Council charges us $50 late fee, so it is important to pay on time!!!  The balance is $375. For those scouts that are going for 2 weeks AND are registered as such, the balance is $275. If you have any questions or a specific financial situation, please come and talk to me or Mike P. during our scout meeting on Thursday. New scout families, please come talk to us with any questions.

I will also need to know the shirt size for the boys. No form to fill out this year for that

MEDICAL FORMS…yes, we need them! Complete the forms…make sure to fill in all the boxes, so I don’t have to keep hunting you down in the summer Don’t forget to INCLUDE copy of both sides of the medical insurance card!  If the boys don’t have a physical scheduled until the summer, you’ll have to drop off the forms at my house (40 Irene Dr, Vernon).

THE DOCUMENTS YOU NEED TO FILL OUT ARE ATTACHED IN THE CALENDAR IN THE MAY 4TH Notification.

REMINDER: SUMMER CAMP MONEY BALANCE DUE MAY 4TH. After this date, the price goes up by $50, per council! I will be at this and next week’s meetings. Please come and see me. I won’t be at this week’s meeting until about 7:45.

Phone Books. 

Good Morning,

If you delivered phone books but have not completed your routes, please finish this weekend and drop both the routes and GPS  units at my house.  

I will be making a final visit to return things on Wednesday early morning.

If you any extra books, please consider them a gift (you are allowed to re-gift) but please not returns.
