We still need a minimum of two adults and four scouts to volunteer at our monthly cans and bottles collection event this Saturday (7/9) from 9:00 AM to noon. Please click here for the online signup sheet.

THANK YOU, to our very supportive community! We have settled into a regular schedule now, and have many Regular Customers!

There are currently 3 Options to deposit your collection of Returnables:

• Option 1 (Preferred) – Drop-off; your returnables at the Rockville Elks Lodge 1359, Carriage House Basement Garage (all the way down around the back) Collection & Sorting Operations on Saturday between 9:00 AM and noon.
• Option 2 (by request) – Pick-up; Send an email to t2020ct@gmail.com with your local residential address; put your collection of returnables outside by 9:00 AM, and they will be picked up Saturday before Noon.
• Option 3 (scheduled) – Bulk, Towns other than Vernon / Ellington, other special circumstances; Send an email to t2020ct@gmail.com with your address & any other contact information in order to have a pick-up scheduled outside of our set day.

Reminder: Troop 20/20 Class B Shirt Orders

The order form is available for Troop 20/20 Class B shirts. Orders are due by Sunday 6/12. Note: Those attending summer camp will get one shirt (collared for adults and older scouts, tee for younger scouts). Anyone else who wants one or if campers want an additional tee then they should order that here and bring payment to Mr. or Mrs. Westerberg at an upcoming meeting/event.

JNW Beaver Work Day Permission Slip (6/4-6/5)

The permission slip is available for the JNW Beaver Work Day trip (Saturday 6/4 – Sunday 6/5). Permission slips are due at the Troop meeting on Thursday 6/2. Please click here for the JNW event details. Participants are welcome just for the day too. Breakfast will be provided by the Troop for those staying over on Saturday night.

Court Of Honor – Thursday 6/9 @ 6:30 PM (Potluck)

Please join us for our Court of Honor on Thursday 6/9 @ 6:30 PM. Scout parents and families are welcome and encouraged to attend. It will be a potluck. Please bring a main dish and a side or a dessert. Scouts must wear full Class A uniform.

Parents and families of our scouts…this is a time when we celebrate the accomplishments of our scouts and celebrate the end of the scout year. We encourage everyone to come enjoy some fellowship together as we recognize our scouts for a job well done. Thank you!
