Drivers Needed For Senior Canoe Trip
We need drivers to make our senior canoe trip happen!
-Friday morning we’re leaving the Elks at 7:30 and need either two cars or one mini-van to get us to the Rocky Hill ferry.
-Sunday (or Saturday night) we will need someone to bring the canoe trailer to Gillette Castle and will need another car/minivan to pick us up Sunday mid-day.

Senior Canoe Trip – Friday 6/22 to Sunday 6/24 – Please fill out permission slips by Tuesday 6/5 – Here is the link for the permission slip: https://goo.gl/forms/b38W4tRNC6L13u3a2 – Note from Mrs. Nolan: Boys going on the trip will need to have a life jacket. Please let me know if you have one or if you need to borrow one ASAP! We are planning a canoe practice session next Saturday, June 9th at 10 AM at Crystal Lake. Please wear your bathing suit, and bring your own bagged lunch and a towel!

Rank advancement and merit badges need to be completed by the 6/7 troop meeting for the 6/14 Court of Honor.
Scouts needed for Flag Day ceremony at the Elks on Sunday 6/10, 1:30 PM.
Court Of Honor – Thursday 6/14, 6:00 PM – If scouts brought home an orange slip then they should bring a side dish or salad. If scouts brought home a green slip then they should bring a dessert. Scouts can get a slip at the 6/7 troop meeting if they didn’t get one yet. The troop will provide chicken, hot dogs, paper products and drinks.

Hi Troop, we are in need of about an hour’s worth of help and a couple of pickup trucks around 9AM Saturday morning. We need to move the remaining pallets of phone books (approximately 2) from the warehouse to the Vernon transfer station. Please let us know if you have a vehicle that can help move the phone books a few miles. Many hands make very light work. I would like to start at 9AM, it could take less than an hour, and could be done in one trip.
