Eagle project work this weekend.
Please see below information regarding Aaron Johnston’s Eagle Project work this weekend……
We are looking forward to seeing everyone at Strong Family Farm on West Rd this Saturday.
Work starts at 9:00 AM
The farm has requested we do not paint this week but instead help with spring cleanup.
Please bring rakes, tarps and especially gloves.
There is plenty to do.
There will be Hot Chocolate and Coffee in the morning and Pizza for lunch.
The more hands helping will make the task go faster.
Older boys will have the chance to work with the carpenter on the actual door depending on what is needed.
Please park at VCMS and walk over. The ground at the farm and along Petersen Rd is soft and there is a good chance you could get stuck.

If you did not receive a confirmation email
AND you did not turn in a printed copy OR fill out a paper form at 2/4 Troop Meeting,
PLEASE FILL OUT OUR NEW FORM using the link here: http://goo.gl/forms/tAebNICIhZ
This is critical in order for us to have an accurate head count for the campout & food shoppers.
Once you submit the form you will
1) Be taken to a Thank You page
2) Receive an email confirmation of your submission, containing a PDF copy of your completed form.
I apologize for the inconvenience as I work out the kinks on this. Please let me know if you have any questions or issues with the new form.

It’s time to start thinking Summer Camp! Camp deposits are now due for the “Early Bird” amount of $50. Deposits are due no later than February 18th. Deposits may be paid by Cash/Check or on account at our Troop meetings or in our new online store http://t2020.org/troop-store.html
As noted in the survey you may remember at the COH, an online payment includes fees as charged by Paypal. In this case, a Summer Camp Deposit online would be $51.80. As we enable more online payment options I will continue to post both “Online” and “Offline” prices so it is clear what our credit card fees are. Note: This is to cover the fees charged by Paypal, and not a source of revenue for our Troop.
