Service Opportunity: Fox Hill Center
Please let the leaders know at Thursday’s Troop meeting if you are interested in the following service opportunity.
I am writing to you as we are looking forward to our Nursing Home Week which is all about community. We would love for the residents and your scouts to come together in some sort of collaboration. Our Nursing Home week is May 8th-14th. I hope we can come up with some ideas and get the connection built.
Also we are in need of volunteers. We especially need volunteers on Saturdays at 130pm for our Bingo. We have a computer that calls the number but need volunteers to run it and help with making sure the residents get the number on their cards. We also hand out raffle tickets to winners and would need help with that.
