Court of Honor Oct 16th @ 6:30

Reminder that our Fall Court of Honor is on Oct 16th.  We will also be reviewing Troop polices and procedures, so it is important that scouts AND parents attend even if your son is not receiving awards or advancements at this time.    PLEASE ARRIVE AT 6:30 for dinner provided by the Troop, with the award ceremony to follow. 

Phone books

All phone books must be picked up and out of the warehouse by this Thursday.  They must be delivered and the list back to me by Sunday.  If you have any questions, please contact Bill Buller.

Martha’s Vineyard Departure 2:45 today

Please make sure you are at the Elk’s by 2:45 at the latest.  This will allow loading of kids and gear, to be the road by 3:00 sharp.  If there is any issue with this time, please contact Jason Lipman so you don’t get left behind.  Have a great weekend! 

Final headcount needed for Martha’s Vineyard trip

We need a final headcount by TUESDAY 9/16.  If you plan to go on this campout and have NOT signed up yet, please reply to this post no later than 9/16. 

The permission slip may be downloaded from our website and turned in at this week’s meeting. http://www.t2020.org/calendar.html (but you still must reply by Tuesday for our headcount)

Click on the calendar event, then “More Details” and then open the attached permission slip.  This camp out is 9/19-21 so we will begin collecting permission slips at this week’s Troop meeting.
