August 22nd Committee and Boy Leadership Meeting and  – Come to the lake

Committee members, their Families come to Mr. Magnotta’s lake house at 39 Vintin Rd, Holland MA.   The Boy Leaders should use this as their first meeting here as well.

Come anytime after noon, enjoy the lake. Bring a salad or an appetizer we will supply the burgers and hot dogs.

Official Committee meeting will start at 7.

Medical Forms for Camp

If you have not turned your forms in.

Gabby is still in need a good number of medical forms. Part A, 2 pages of B, C and D. If they are taking meds, for each one also the med forms. Attach immunizations and copy of both sides of your insurance card.

Please eat dinner at the 99 Restaurant in Vernon on June 22^nd.  This is a fundraising event and the 99 Restaurant in Vernon will contribute a portion of the proceeds.

Boys need to assist the Elks on Sunday with Flags

We need help this Sunday June 11th at 1:30pm to participate in flag ceremony at the Elks main building. We have 3 but need 5 more (looking for a total of 8).

Need to wear Full class A uniform.
