Snow Date; the next day, 2nd Sunday same time (unless also snowed-out!)
THANK YOU, to our very supportive community! We have settled into a regular schedule now, and have many Regular Customers!
There are currently 3 Options to deposit your collection of Returnables:
- Option 1 (Preferred) – Drop-off; your returnables at the Rockville Elks Lodge 1359, Carriage House Basement Garage (all the way down around the back) Collection & Sorting Operations on Saturday between 9:00 AM and noon.
- Option 2 (by request) – Pick-up; Send an email to t2020ct@gmail.com with your local residential address; put your collection of returnables outside by 9:00 AM, and they will be picked up Saturday before Noon.
- Option 3 (scheduled) – Bulk, Towns other than Vernon / Ellington, other special circumstances; Send an email to t2020ct@gmail.com with your address & any other contact information in order to have a pick-up scheduled outside of our set day.
Cancelled: Flags For Veterans Service Opportunity Tonight
Hello everyone,
We just received word from the DAV that they are cancelling flags for tonight due to the steady rain expected this evening.
It will NOT be rescheduled as the DAV spent the morning and afternoon at the cemetery placing flags and feel they will be done by late afternoon today.
Thank you to those who blocked off time to help with this great service project. We hope to return to assisting the DAV with flags next year.
