Phone Book bagging this week

Phone Book Bagging and Warehouse information.  We are planning on bagging Wednesday and Thursday night this week. 

Starting at 6PM and going until things wind down (usually around 8:30).

Reminder for equipment return

REMINDER: If your scout took home any Troop equipment (tent, cook kit, chef kit, stove burner) from last weekend’s campout, PLEASE have them check in with Ralph Webber at tomorrow night’s Troop meeting. All equipment should be returned clean & dry! If, for some reason, you can’t return these items tomorrow, PLEASE still check in with Ralph to let him know! Thank you!

Shirt orders

Thanks to those of you who ordered our new neon polypro shirts.  It has taken some time as orders have continued to trickle in but at this time the order has been submitted to the manufacturer.

Going forward we cannot accept additional orders for these shirts, but if there is enough interest we may be ordering a second batch. 

Please contact Steve Michaud if you are interested and we’ll keep you posted on if/when the next batch will run.

Note: The bottom of the packet says ‘2014’; however these are the forms posted on the CT Rivers council site for 2016

These are due by our June Court of Honor  but Gabi will take them as soon as possible so we can have everyone ready for camp!

Spring Phone Books Coming Soon

Good Afternoon,

We are gearing up for our Spring Phone Book delivery which is a critical activity for our troop.  We believe we have learned a few things from the last few years and the changes we will be implementing are expected to make this year enjoyable.

While there are more details to come, we expect the phone books activities to begin the on Wednesday March 23rd with bagging.  We understand the 27th is Easter and we will be taking that into account.

Please mark the start date on your calendars and look for more information over few weeks.
